In order to be eligible for a refund, you must email email@example.com by 11:59 PM EST on the 30th day after your purchase of the course, or the 30th day after all course material is released, whichever is later ("the Deadline").
Your email must clearly state that you are requesting a refund.
All refund requests received on or before the Deadline will be granted.
If your refund request is granted, you will receive a full refund of your actual purchase price, regardless of how the course is currently priced. For example, if you purchased the course for $147.00, and the price subsequently increased to $197.00, you will receive a refund of $147.00. Your actual purchase price also reflects any promo codes that you may have used.
No refund request received after the Deadline or the Presale Deadline (whichever is later) will be granted for any reason.
It is your sole responsibility to understand this policy and to request your refund on or before the Deadline.
If you receive a refund, your log-in credentials to the course site will be invalidated. You will no longer have access to the course site or any of the course materials. If your course included a course Facebook group, you will be removed from the group. Any other course benefits will be revoked.
All refunds are final. Once your refund has been processed, it is final, and your access to the course will be revoked as laid out above. If you wish to renew your access, you must re-enroll in the course at the current price. No discounts or special consideration will be given based on prior refund status.
